Activities during Symposium 2004

PROGRAMME

The day will of course include talks, presentations and demonstrations of live weather satellite reception. If the new NOAA-18 is in operation we may be able to demonstrate live reception using GEO's new PIC chip for the RX2 and we will certainly be demonstrating live Meteosat-8 reception. There will also be workshops for beginners and experienced users. More details

If you wish to attend the GEO Symposium, please register in advance with Francis Bell (by e-mail, telephone or post (details opposite).

The cost for the day will be £12.00 which also includes entry to the NSC exhibition area (normal cost £8.50 itself). You could hardly find a better value-for-money day.

The day's events are open to all GEO members and their guests.
