MetOp AMSU_A.
The Advanced Microwave Sounder Unit–A measures the global atmosphere in all weather conditions.
MetOp ASCAT
This Advanced Scatterometer measures near-surface wind speeds and direction (wind vector) over the oceans.
MetOp GRAS
The Global Positioning System (GPS) Receiver for Atmosphere Sounding measures temperatures in the upper troposphere and stratosphere with high vertical resolution.

MetOp GOME
The Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment profiles stratospheric ozone and other atmospheric constituents.
MetOp HIRS
The High Resolution Infrared Radiation Sounder measures temperature and humidity of the global atmosphere in cloud-free and partly cloudy conditions.
MetOp IASI
The Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer provides enhanced atmospheric sounding of temperature, humidity and trace gases, including ozone.
MetOp MHS
The Microwave Humidity Sounder measures humidity of the global atmosphere.

Notes
Not all of these services are available yet – MetOp is still in its early commissioning phase.
Some of these instruments are also flown on NOAA satellites with options for access in the Polar Data Services section.
NOAA Services
NOAA-AVHRR
This is the NOAA 5-channel HRPT global coverage service (not yet available).
EARS-AVHRR
This is the near real-time NOAA and MetOp regional HRPT data service. Currently only NOAA-17 and NOAA-18 are available. MetOp regional AHRPT will follow later.
